Our fibre laser installation team have recently completed another successful project for one of our long-standing educational customers – Huddersfield University.
Continuing their commitment to hands-on learning and advanced manufacturing technology, the university has chosen to upgrade their facilities with a Vector FL90 Fibre Laser Cutter. Compact in design yet exceptionally capable, the FL90 delivers professional-level cutting performance that’s ideal for educational and engineering environments alike.

Our experienced installation engineers carried out a complete delivery, commissioning, and training programme on-site. This included machine calibration, operational testing, and hands-on user training to ensure staff and students could begin using the laser cutter safely and confidently.
Mantech’s aftercare and support teams will continue to assist Huddersfield University as they integrate the new fibre laser into their teaching environment – ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
