The optical fibre laser is the medium mixed yb double-clad fiber, resonant cavity length, so the beam quality is very good, M2 value is 1.1, the output flare diameter can achieve 10 microns.

Long service life
The XTL-F series optical fibre laser marking machine uses 915 nm laser diode as the source. The average working hours can up to 100000 hours.
Optical fibre surface area/volume ratio is high. Cooling facility is highly effective with no need for a large water cooling system, simple air cooling is sufficient. The laser marking machines can be operated in all types of environments, such as high impact, high vibration, high temperature and dirty conditions with free maintenance operation. The optical fibre laser does not need any maintenance (other than adjusting or cleaning of the lens).

1064 nm based on the high precision, vibrating mirror reflection focusing system.
Red visible laser collimator’s systems, indicating light and laser coaxial.
Galvo mirror is set to track operation of the laser mechanism and consists of high accuracy servo motor, motor driven plate, mirror, F-θ lens and dc supply of power.
